Community Members Wishing to Receive Notifications

If you are not a staff member or the parent/guardian of a student in our district, but would still like to receive notifications, please click here and fill out the form. Our district uses a service called ParentSquare for communication, and after filling out the form, we will include you in that service. You will be able to choose which types of notifications you would like to receive, the choices being: alerts for things like closings and delays, announcements about things like sporting events and concerts, and upcoming employment opportunities.

Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email or text from ParentSquare with instructions to activate your account. Please see the section below on for more information on ParentSquare.

What is ParentSquare?

Our district uses ParentSquare as our main communication tool. ParentSquare is designed to keep parents/guardians informed and facilitate participation at school. It provides a safe way for the school administrators, teachers, staff, and parents to:

  • Send alerts for delays, closings, and any other unexpected events.

  • Send and receive school and class information.

  • Share pictures and files.

  • and much more . . . all in one centralized place!

How to Activate & Use Your Account

You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for Android or iOS, and you can also use it on a computer at the ParentSquare website.

​In order to start using ParentSquare, you need to activate your account. Go to the ParentSquare sign in page. In the box titled "Register," enter either the email address or cell phone number we have on file for you and click "Get Started." You will receive an email or text message, depending on which you entered, with instructions to complete your activation.

If you do not receive a text or email, and you have checked your spam folder, it means the contact information we have on file for you is incorrect. If that happens, please call the main office of your child's school, and provide them your updated information. Likewise, if you are able to log into your ParentSquare account, but find that some of the contact information is incorrect, please call the school so it can be changed. Please note that it takes 24 hours for ParentSquare to fully update when new information is provided.

Once your account is active, you can set your notification preferences. You can receive notifications by email, text, the smartphone app, and in the case of alerts, voice calls to your cell phone.
