Emma Perez is currently in first place in a nationwide contest to determine who will be the Greatest Baker. Perez completed the BOCES culinary program, and is a recent graduate from Franklin Academy. She is now a student at the Culinary Institute of America.
Perez is now in first place in the voting competition hosted by “Cake Boss” Buddy Valastro. If she wins, Perez will receive $10,000, which she’ll use to complete her culinary education.
